Return & Exchange Policy – MyPleasureToy
At My Pleasure Toy, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction.
Every order goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure you receive only the best.
However, in rare cases of manufacturing defects, we do offer a product exchange as per the policy outlined below.
Conditions for Exchange

Exchange is available only for products with manufacturing defects.

The customer must share a video of the package being opened within 24 hours of delivery. This is mandatory for an exchange request.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Exchange is allowed only for the same model as originally ordered.

A free return is applicable only once per customer and only after approval.

All exchange requests are subject to approval by our customer service team.
Exchange Process
Once your request is approved, the buyer must bear the cost of return shipping.
To proceed:

Take clear photos of the product, including the packaging, tags, and any included booklets.

Go to your order page and click on ‘Request Return’.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will update you via email and begin the replacement process.
